Barney Beach with the Sea Breeze Caravan Park is dedicated to meet the caravan industry’s quality standards at the highest level of professional excellence in the provision of service for siteage and accommodation. At all times we provide the ultimate care for our guests through vigilance in health, hygiene and safety.

Barney Beach with the Sea Breeze Caravan Park has been a Gladstone icon for well over 50 years. As one of the first caravan parks established in Queensland, it has been owned and operated by the Corones family. Currently, the restoration of the original Corones Café will see the building return to its former glory, and will house the new reception, offering guests services such as a mini-mart, souvenirs, tourist information, historic gallery and hospitality lounge.

More than simply a caravan park, Barney Beach with the Sea Breeze Caravan Park is a total package experience, with the business being operated as a “boutique” style caravan park and accommodation centre.

Barney Beach is the only park close to Gladstone’s only beach and overlooks picturesque parklands with glorious harbour views.

Barney Beach offers the largest range of accommodation in Gladstone, with 4 star Cabins through to tent sites available.
The accommodation range includes the 4 star “Queenslander” cabins, standard cabins, ensuite cabins, budget cabins, on-site vans and drive through caravan sites and tent sites.
